We’re into week 4 and Boom! We’ve cycled just over 250 miles so far.
As part of the preparation for our “976 Miles for The Bridge” charity ride, starting on September 11th this year, we are currently enrolled on the Beginners Fondo training plan on Zwift.
The plan lasts for 4 weeks with 3 to 4 hours of training each week and it’s all geared up to get us ready for the Babino Fondo, which is a 50km ride.
Baby steps we know, but we’ve got to start somewhere.
