JDUtopia are a development company specialising in both commercial and private properties. With a vast experience within the industry they offer architectural, surveying and development services all under the JDUtopia umbrella.
The Brief
We have chosen two jobs for this particular case study.
The first was a completed development in Leicestershire that JDUtopia required stills and video footage for a presentation.
The second was for an ongoing construction in Leicester city centre. The team at JDUtopia required monthly progress footage of the development. Over the course of nearly two years we visited the site each month.
Each time we took still images from pre planned drone flights to document the progress at precise points as well as general over site views and video footage.
The final result, in July 2022, was thousands of images and a complete presentation video.
