We understand that you may have a few questions about your photography requirements or our photography packages.

To hopefully save you some time, we have started to list the answers to some of those questions below. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for then simply fill out the form below and we will get back to you and also add it to this list to help others.

At this moment in time we will email you a WeTransfer link with all of your photographs from the shoot for you to pick your favourites. We are working on a system where you log into an account on our website and view the photographs from there. This will hopefully be up and running very soon.

Yes. Absolutely. If you would like to purchase one of our images in a different format or size to those listed in our shop then please get in touch with us and we will send you a price for your specific requirements.

The photoshoot will be the same whether you have one dog or 101 Dalmatians. However, the packages only allow for 1 framed print, so If you require a framed print of each dog then there will be a charge per extra print.

Yes indeed. We will travel anywhere for your photography requirements. The price quoted to you will include this so there will be no hidden extras.

Yes absolutely. In fact, we recommend that you purchase the Bronze Package to begin with, as the actual photoshoot is the same for every package. Then once you have seen the photographs, if you would like to purchase more images than the Bronze Package allows you can simply upgrade.

Yes we do. But only with your permission. Once you have received your final images and are completely happy with them we will then write to you to inform you that we will be storing all photographs from the session on an external hard drive unless you instruct us otherwise.

If the resolution of your photograph is good enough for reproduction then yes, we can supply your photograph in any of the formats you see in the Pixel Cove Shop. Please get in touch for more details.

We will keep a close eye on the weather forecast from about a week before your session is due. If we think that the weather may be a problem we will get in touch with you a few days before and discuss your options. You can choose a different date at no extra cost if Mother Nature is not kind to us.
